Support with content/Ofsted compliant sites Over the years we have built up a comprehensive list of content for school websites and the best way to organise it. You can choose from this list what you want as well as giving us your own ideas. We will also help to ensure that the site is Ofsted compliant.	Wide range of publishable content We can accept the following for publication on your website but if you have something new that is not on this list, just ask… we will find a way: photos; videos; word, excel, pdf, publisher documents; sound files. We also publish content in a variety of ways: slide shows, turning books, montages etc.
Varied and flexible working practises Schools work in different ways and as far as maintaining your website is concerned, Relaxed will fit in to whatever practices work best for you. You may for example have one person in your school that sends us all content or you may encourage staff to send individually. Our ‘office’ hours are quite irregular (mainly due to running the smallholding) and so we are used to receiving client emails any time of day (or night). We use our dedicated server to host all our websites, which means that we are able to respond to emergencies quickly, and to work effectively against hacking and illegal access to the websites. We can provide site analytics so you know which content is most accessed.	Secure areas/Mobile-friendly Secure, username/password protected areas for governors, staff and children to access content which you would not like to be available to the general public. We can also make your website partially or totally mobile-friendly, the 'partial' option allows for mobile access to crucial information such as dates, letters etc for checking whilst 'on the go'!
